Terms of Service
EndlessRentals.com is a free search engine for the Travelers.
This site is to be used solely for the purpose of obtaining the
information and booking reservations for vacation rentals. Any other use
is strictly prohibited. As part of our service, EndlessRentals.com
agrees to provide the Travelers with information and other services we
may offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. We reserve the right
to modify and amend this agreement at any time. Traveler agrees to use
our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and
regulations and in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Following are the Terms of Use for EndlessRentals.com website:
Travelers using EndlessRentals.com website agree that all services
provided are solely for their own personal use and at their own risk.
Services are provided “as is”, without any kind of warranty, including,
but not limited to accuracy of information, services, posted
availability or any product offered through and in connection with the
service. EndlessRentals.com and its agents and affiliates shall in no
way be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to any direct,
indirect, incidental, consequential, special and punitive damages
arising from or based on this agreement or use of services or inability
to use the services. These limitations and exclusions apply regardless
whether the damages arise from breach of contract, negligence,
inaccuracy or content of posted information, or any other cause of
action to the extent not prohibited by applicable law. Travelers
acknowledge the service is specifically not liable for any offensive,
illegal or defamatory conduct of other Travelers or third parties.
Furthermore, the Traveler agrees that any damages arising from the
foregoing rest solely with the Traveler and hereby accepts that the
provisions stated above will apply to all content of the service. If you
are in any way displeased with the services provided by
EndlessRentals.com and/or advertising Members, your only course of
action is to stop the usage of all services.
Terms of marketing on EndlessRentals.com for the Members:
EndlessRentals.com reserves the right to decide on the final layout and
design of the EndlessRentals.com website. The said website is subject to
change occasionally without prior notice. EndlessRentals.com reserves
the right to revise the layouts, review and edit presented text and
amend provided photographs in order to keep a structured and pleasing
web setting for our Travelers. All information provided by Members is
subject to final approval by EndlessRentals.com. Please note that you
will be referred to as “Member” in this agreement. EndlessRentals.com
shall not be held liable for any loss or damage ensuing from the design
or layout of the advertised properties or any modifications made to the
photographs and/or text provided by the Member. All listings on
EndlessRentals.com are provided by the Member and, as such, are the
responsibility of the said Member. EndlessRentals.com shall not be held
liable for accuracy of the information provided by Members, or any
alleged breach of contract on Members part. By accepting these Terms of
Use and paying to advertise on EndlessRentals.com website, you, the
Member, agree to release EndlessRentals.com, its agents and affiliates
from any liability arising from any and all costs, expenses and losses
incurred by you (the Member) and associated with advertising on
EndlessRentals.com website.
Members are exclusively responsible for accuracy and up-to-date
information on EndlessRentals.com website, including, but not limited to
property description, rates, amenities, location, and availability.
EndlessRentals.com shall not be held liable for any loss or damage
arising from errors and/or omissions in Members ads. The Member is
guaranteeing that he/she holds all rights to photographs, or has
acquired usage rights for the photographs to be displayed in an online
ad from the copyright holder and/or individuals depicted in the
photographs. Member shall not hold EndlessRentals.com liable for any
action arising from inaccuracy and/or misrepresentation resulting from
said photographs. All photographs and the information submitted by
Members for their respective ads will become property of
EndlessRentals.com and shall not be returned.
EndlessRentals.com reserves the right to remove Members without notice
at our sole discretion. If EndlessRentals.com receives a complaint from
a Traveler regarding a Members’ rental property, EndlessRentals.com has
the right to investigate and if deemed justified, remove the Members’
advertisement due to overbooking/double-booking and misinformation.
Furthermore, if a Member acts unfairly, unlawfully or unjustly, then
EndlessRentals.com reserves the right to remove the property from our
web site without notice.
EndlessRentals.com reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and
unsuitable material presented to us without an explanation.
EndlessRentals.com shall not be held liable for any loss or damages
incurred by this decision.
An advertisement placed on EndlessRentals.com is associated with a
specific property. The property in an advertisement may not be replaced
by another property. A processing fee may apply if there are excessive
ad changes by the Member.
Only one property may appear on each paid advertisement. If a Member
owns multiple units, the Multiple Property Package rates shall apply.
All advertisements are sold to run the full time period selected by the
Member. Advertisements removed at Members’ request prior to the end date
of the agreement between the Member and EndlessRentals.com are not
refundable.
By accepting the Terms of Use and by paying and placing an ad on
EndlessRentals.com, the Member agrees to allow EndlessRentals.com to
publish the text, the photographs, the likenesses (if any) of said ad on
its website. EndlessRentals.com shall not be held liable for any
unauthorized third party use of aforementioned information.
EndlessRentals.com reserves the right to reproduce whole or part of any
text and/or photographic material provided by the Member in the
promotion of either the Member’s property or the promotion of
EndlessRentals.com without further compensation to the Member.
Misc. Terms
By using the service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine
the integrity of this web site. Furthermore, all the contents on
Endlessrentals.com are the sole ownership of Endless Rentals LLC.
Trademarks
All trademarks appearing on the service are trademarks of their
respective owners.
